Terms & Conditions

1. Conference fee for a non-boarder participant is Rs. 1000. The subsidized amount includes conference fee, meals, refreshments, and transportation facility in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
2. Conference fee for a boarder participant is Rs. 1500. The subsidized amount includes conference fee, meals, refreshments, and hotel boarding charges for 6 days.
3. Shortlisted candidates would be informed on the address/contact information provided in the registration form.
4. A Participant will be responsible for fixture of any damage caused by him/her during the conference.
5. Participant is to pay for any service utilized at hotel, e.g. laundary, telephone, minibar, etc.
6. Smoking, drinking, and taking drugs would be strictly prohibited during the conference, and in the hotel rooms.
7. Keeping weapons wouldn't be allowed.
8. Boarder participants wouldn't be allowed to leave the hotel for 6 days, except approved by the parents or guardian.
9. Boarder girls and boys would be allocated separate rooms.
10. Parents/Guardians would be allowed to meet the participant only during off-times.
11. Registration fee will not be refunded in case participant doesn't attend the conference.
12. Participant should be punctual according to scheduled program of conference.
13. A participant overriding above mentioned terms and conditions would be subjected to disciplinary action.
14. Participants are required to submit their registration forms till 15th November, 2007.
