Terms & Conditions

1. Last Date of Registration is 7th September, 2008.
2. A Participant will be responsible for fixture of any damage caused by him/her during the conference.
3. Participant is to pay for any service utilized at hotel, e.g. laundary, telephone, minibar, etc.
4. Smoking, Drinking, and taking drugs would be strictly prohibited during the summit.
5. Parents/Guardians would be allowed to meet the participant only during off-times.
6. Registration fee will not be refunded in case participant doesn't attend the summit.
7. Participant should be punctual according to scheduled program of the summit.
8. A participant overriding above mentioned terms and conditions would be subjected to disciplinary action.
